The site offers the use of a hanger or barn for briefings and an office to use for scoring. They have a kitchen and club house and mains water and electricity available.

It is a long way to the nearest neighbour and most including the local village of Leven are in favour of the airfield. They have good communication with near by RAF Leconfield to the west as they operate within their air space. All other directions have lots of open farm land. Hull is 4/5 miles to the South and Hornsea on the coast the same distance to the East.
